Summary: Even though the elevator was not working, the staff was so helpful. They took us up down on the elevator manually. There was also an error with my billing & it was handled promptly & resolved immediately. The staff including the manager were so friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay at this property when I'm in Austin

Summary: The hotel rooms weren’t very clean, nor were the hallways. The staff was mixed in helpfulness. Had to ask multiple staff for help before issues were resolved.

Summary: Nice clean up to date hotel and rooms, i love the bathroom mirror super elegant bathroom- room has fridge and microwave. I had the suite and it was worth it. I would probably stay there again I just really dislike the breakfast bar the morning i was there. Idk if it’s the same every morning but my morning it was poor options and no effort- i dont eat pork and they only had pork sausage and pork bacon and tons of bread options bagels, toast, rolls muffins like more starch than protein… oh & juice.. overall nice stay if you don’t care about breakfast
